Autumn-flavoured Protein Bread

Autumn-flavoured Protein Bread

A protein delight for the eyes, belly and soul. Perfect for brightening up grey autumn days.

  •  2 ripe bananas
  • ½ cup pumpkin puree or apple sauce
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla
  • ¼ cup of Erythritol or Swerve
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • ½ cup gluten-free flour
  • 1 scoop of Osmo Pharma Isolean Vanilla protein
  • ½ cup of oatmeal
  • ½ tsp of nutmeg
  • ¼ teaspoon of ginger
  • ½ teaspoon of cinnamon
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons of sunflower seed1 cup of gluten-Free Flour


  1.  Preheat the oven to 350 f
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, protein, oatmeal, erythritol, nutmeg, sugar, cinnamon, ginger and sunflower seeds
  3. In another bowl, mix the mashed bananas, pumpkin puree and egg. Add this mixture to the dry ingredients and stir until obtaining a dough
  4. Add the mixture to a bread pan previously coated with PAM.
  5. Add a few oats and seeds on top of the mixture.
  6. Bake in the oven for 30 minutes
  7. Allow to cool, then enjoy with your favorite protein spread. Like Nutilight Spreads,  FatsoNuts N' More Spead or Grenade Carb killer Protein Spread
