No-bake cookie dough protein bars

Simple, quick and no-bake recipe to satisfy cookie dough cravings!


  1. In a bowl, mix the flour, protein and chocolate chips.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix peanut butter, coconut oil, syrup, milk, vanilla and Swerve
  3. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, then mix.
  4. Put the mixture in a bread pan, then place in the freezer for 2 hours before cutting into 8 pieces.
  5. Keep in the freezer, then put the bar in the microwave for 8 to 10 seconds before eating.
