Giant Valentine Protein Cookie

To share with your loved one or to keep for yourself!



  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees;
  2. In a bowl, combine flour, protein, baking powder, Swerve sugar and cocoa, then set aside
  3. cocoa, then set aside;
  4. In another bowl, combine egg, vanilla, almond milk, peanut butter and coconut oil;
  5. Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and mix;
  6. Form a large heart on a baking sheet previously coated with PAM;
  7. Add a few semi-sweet chocolate chips if desired
  8. Bake the cookie for 12 to 15 minutes
  9. Let cool for a few minutes, then enjoy
