High Protein French Toast

Your mornings will never be the same!




  1. In a bowl, whisk together egg, milk, protein and cinnamon;
  2. Spray a large skillet with cooking spray. Cook over moderate heat;
  3. Dip one slice of bread at a time into egg mixture, 10 seconds on each side;
  4. Remove from egg mixture, letting excess drip off;
  5. Place in hot skillet and cook until underside is golden brown, 1 1⁄2 to 2 minutes;
  6. Turn and cook on other side until golden brown;
  7. Serve with maple syrup, Walden Farms Sugar Free Syrup or fruit if desired.
