Bacon? Did you say BACON? Here's how to impress your friends at the next brunch with mini muffins.

    Steps

    1. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Butter a mini muffin pan with coconut oil or pam.
    2. In a bowl, mix the egg, banana, coconut oil, almond butter and Swerve
    3. In a separate bowl, combine oats, flour, protein, caramel flavor and bacon bits.
    4. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix.
    5. Spread the mixture in the muffin pan and place in the oven.
    6. Bake for 10 to 13 minutes.
