No-Bake Protein Reese's Cup

A Reese's recipe for a protein snack! !

 

INGREDIENTS

       

      STEPS

      1. In a bowl, combine one 1⁄2 cup peanut butter, Walden Farm syrup and vanilla;
      2. In a separate bowl, combine oats, almond flour, Swerve sugar, and peanut butter protein;
      3. Mix the dry ingredients with the wet ingredients until a dough forms;
      4. Place mixture in muffin pan about 3⁄4 of each pan for 6 to 8 servings;
      5. Place mixture in freezer for 15 minutes;
      6. Meanwhile, melt 1⁄2 cup chocolate chips with 2 tablespoons peanut butter and blend;
      7. Add chocolate mixture to muffin cups;
      8. Return the mixture to the freezer for 30 minutes;
      9. Serve and enjoy. Snacks can be stored in the refrigerator and/or freezer
