Double-Chocolate Protein Bread

    1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Butter a loaf pan with coconut oil or pam.
    2. In a bowl, mix the flour, protein, chocolate fudge flavor, baking powder and cocoa and set aside.à
    3. In another bowl, mix the mashed bananas, coconut oil, erythritol, egg, vanilla and 1/4 cup chocolate chips.
    4. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix.
    5. Spread the batter in the pan and add the remaining chocolate chips on top of the mixture.
    6. Bake for 50 minutes.
    7. Let cool before unmolding and slice.
