Maple Protein Apple Crumble

This Protein Apple Crumble is the Perfect recipe for those with a sweet tooth who want to maintain their protein intake. 



Crunchy Topping:


      1. Preheat oven to 350f, then butter a square pan;
      2. In a bowl, combine ingredients for filling; chopped apples, Swerve, maple syrup, cinnamon and lemon juice. Spread mixture into pan;
      3. In a bowl, combine ingredients for the crumble; granola, Swerve, almond flour, coconut oil and protein;
      4. Then cover apples with crisp;
      5. Bake for 45 minutes or until crisp is golden and apples are cooked through;
      6. Let cool for 1 hour before serving.
