Protein Bars Kinder-Bueno

A healthy version of a Kinder Bueno bar. The best of both worlds!!!!


Base :

        2nd layer:

          3rd layer:

          • 1⁄2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
          • Optional: chopped hazelnuts



            1. In a bowl, mix all ingredients to make the base, then place in a square pan;
            2. In another bowl, mix all the ingredients for the second layer, then place the mixture on the base in the mould;
            3. Put the mixture in the freezer for 30 to 40 minutes;
            4. Melt chocolate chips, then add on top of the mixture;
            5. Return mixture to freezer for 30-40 minutes
            6. Cut the bars into 10 portions
            7. Serve and enjoy
