Preheat oven to 275°F. Butter a square baking pan with Pam or coconut oil
In a bowl, combine dry ingredients, oats, pecans, coconut, peanuts, then add wet ingredients, peanut butter, syrup, coconut oil, and salt and pepper to taste.
Place the mixture in the bottom of a square pan and press down.
In a bowl, melt the chocolate with a little coconut oil in the microwave, then mix the melted chocolate with the protein.
Add the chocolate mixture to the granola mixture
Place in the oven for 22 minutes. Wait until the mixture is cold before cutting.
