Açai Smoothie Bowl
This smoothie is the ultimate breakfast full of vitamins, flavors and colors!
- 1 scoop protein Maple Vanilla Vegan Pro from Raw Nutritional
- 1 cup of frozen berries
- 1 tablespoon of Raw Nutritional Açai Berry powder
- 1/2 cup of milk (cow, almond or cashew)
- 1 small pre-cooked beetroot
- ½ squeezed lemon or 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- Topping of your choice
- Place the ingredients in a blender
- Blend for several seconds until smooth, but thick enough. Add more water if you have difficulty mixing.
- Pour the smoothie into a bowl
- On top of the smoothie, place your favorite toppings. We put berries, peanut butter, coconut, chia seed and sesame seed.
- Serve and enjoy.
