Soft chocolate chip protein cookies

A protein cookie, as soft as you like, with chocolate chips... A pure delight!




  1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Butter a baking sheet with coconut oil or PAM
  2. In a bowl, combine banana, egg, olive oil and Walden Farm Syrup.
  3. In another bowl, combine oats, flours, protein, chocolate, Swerve sugar, baking powder and salt
  4. Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and mix
  5. Form 9 cookies and place on baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 10 minutes
