Orders: We ship out of Gatineau, Quebec (Near Ottawa, Ontario). We Ship everywhere in Canada (including all P.O. Boxes and rural roads via Canada Post Expedited Service with a transit time of approximately 1-6 business days across Canada.
Please note that Weekends and holidays do not count as a shipping day.

US Orders

They are not subject to free shipping and are automatically charged a flat rate of $19.99.
Please be aware that there are certain locations that will require additional shipping charges. These areas, do not qualify for flat rate shipping. In the eventuality that this applies to your order, we will email you before shipping the order.

Stopping an Order:  Orders cannot be stopped once they have been shipped.

Customer Pickups: We do not allow customers that order on Hyperforme.com to pick up the packages in our physical stores. Web orders will be sent directly to the client via Canada Post or the US Postal Service (In the USA)

Undeliverable Packages: On occasion packages are returned to us because they are undeliverable. When the carrier returns an undeliverable package to us, we will contact you to organize the reshipment of the order.

Order Address Errors: Parcel/Shipping labels are created with the EXACT information you have provided on the ‘checkout page’. Please make sure that all the information you provide is correct. If an error is made on your address and the shipper (Canada Post) must make corrections to your address to affect delivery an additional charge of a minimum of $20.00 will be added to your account. If the address cannot be corrected by the shipper (Canada Post) and the item is sent back to us (Returned to Sender), we are charged by the shipper for the return fees. We also incur additional charges to reship (boxes, time to pack, etc). These fees will be charged to your account. If at that moment, you decide to cancel your order we will issue a refund for the items that we received back minus the postage incurred to send it AND the return postage. Please make sure your address is complete and accurate in order to minimize the risks.
