📦 Free Shipping
Shipping is free on all orders of $99 or more (before taxes, after discounts, and after applying Hyper Club points). Orders are shipped via UPS or Canada Post (for P.O. boxes and rural areas).
🇺🇸 🚫 Shipments to the United States Suspended
Due to new customs measures and import fees (15–35%) applied to parcels entering the United States, we have temporarily suspended U.S. deliveries.
⚠️ Additional Shipping Fees – Bars and Syrups
Orders containing only bars and/or syrups may require additional shipping fees, even if the total exceeds $99. These items are heavier, bulkier, or more fragile, which increases courier costs.
If applicable, we will contact you before shipping to confirm any additional charges.
⏱️ Processing Time
Please allow up to 2 business days to process your order. If we are unable to ship within this timeframe, we will notify you by email.
🏔️ Rural or Remote Areas
Some regions may require additional shipping fees and may not qualify for free shipping. If this applies to your order, we will contact you before shipping.
📍 Shipping Location
All orders ship from Gatineau, Quebec. Weekends and holidays are not considered business days for processing or delivery.
🚚 Delivery Times – Major Cities
Delivery times are provided as guidelines only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur during peak periods such as Black Friday, holidays, or high-volume seasons.

🛑 Order Changes & Cancellations
Once an order is placed, products cannot be added, removed, or modified.
If a cancellation is requested after the order has been placed but before shipping, a 15% cancellation fee will apply to cover payment processing, preparation time, and administrative costs already incurred.
Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.
📦 Undeliverable or Returned Packages
Even when free shipping is offered, there is an actual courier cost that Hyperforme covers on your behalf.
- If the error is on our end, we will reship at no cost.
- If the package is refused, unclaimed, or returned due to customer error (incorrect address, missed pickup, etc.), the actual shipping and return fees charged by the carrier will be your responsibility.
📬 Address Accuracy
Shipping labels are generated using the exact information provided at checkout. Please ensure your address is complete and accurate.
- Carrier address corrections may result in a minimum $20 fee.
- Returned parcels incur return and reshipping costs, which will be charged accordingly.
- If you choose to cancel after a return, refunds will be issued minus all original and return shipping costs.
📦 Lost or Stolen Packages
In rare cases, a package may be lost or stolen after shipping.
- We require up to 30 days for the carrier to complete their investigation.
- No refund or reshipment can be issued until the investigation is officially closed.
- If theft is suspected, a police report may be required.
🔍 Refund & Return Review Process
To ensure fairness for all customers and maintain competitive pricing, refund and return requests are reviewed in partnership with our suppliers.
This helps us quickly approve legitimate requests while protecting against misuse or fraudulent claims.

- Excessive or repeated refund requests
- Inconsistent or suspicious patterns
Reviews typically take 3–5 business days. Depending on the situation, we may issue a refund or store credit.
This process helps us protect our business and keep prices fair for everyone.
⚠️ Security-Related Cancellations
If an order is cancelled by Hyperforme due to suspected fraud or payment security concerns, your payment will be refunded immediately.
Your financial institution may take up to 7 business days to release the funds. This timeline is controlled by your bank.
