Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Prepare a large baking sheet with parchment paper or silicone baking mat, and spray with cooking spray.
In a bowl, mash the bananas with a fork. Add the whey protein powder, oats and peanut butter and coconut oil; stir to combine the ingredients (batter’s consistency will be kind of runny). Add the chocolate chips and mix.
Spoon the mixture onto the previously prepared baking sheet and bake for 11-15 minutes (depending on the size of the cookies). Let them cool at least 5 minutes before eating.
