    Apple Crumble (Topping)


        1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Butter a baking sheet with coconut oil;
        2. In a bowl, mix flour, protein, oatmeal, Swerve, baking powder and cinnamon;
        3. In another bowl, mix almond milk, egg white, apple cider vinegar, Walden Farm syrup, coconut oil.
        4. Add this mixture to the dry ingredients and stir until a paste forms;
        5. Add the mixture to the muffin cups and save some room for the crumble;
        6. In a bowl, mix the ingredients for the crumble, then add the mixture to the top of each muffin tin;
        7. Bake for 17-20 minutes;
        8. Let cool, then enjoy.
