Spinach Apple Mango Protein Smoothie

Fill up on energy with this perfect breakfast smoothie!


  • 1 cup of spinach
  • 1 scoop of Vanilla Protein Osmo Pharma Isolean
  • 1/2 cup of frozen mangoes
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 apple, peeled and cored
  • 1 cup of water or almond milk non sweetened
  • 1/4 teaspoon of ginger 
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice 
  • 1 tablespoon of Chia seeds 
  • 1-2 tablespoons of Sugar Free Walden Farm Syrup



  1. In a blender, blend all ingredients together until smooth.
