Ingredients
- 1 cup of spinach
- 1 scoop of Vanilla Protein Osmo Pharma Isolean
- 1/2 cup of frozen mangoes
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 apple, peeled and cored
- 1 cup of water or almond milk non sweetened
- 1/4 teaspoon of ginger
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon of Chia seeds
- 1-2 tablespoons of Sugar Free Walden Farm Syrup
