Pineapple Mango Chia Protein Pudding

Start your day with this perfectly balanced protein Chia pudding.

  1. Put the protein, water in a shaker and shake well.
  2. Stir the Chia into the shaker.
  3. Mix well, shaking vigorously to prevent the chia seeds from being are clumping together at the bottom of the pot.
  4. Let stand for 40 minutes (or overnight), shaking occasionally while stirring.
  5. Once the chia pudding is ready, divide it into a Mason bowl or jar.
  6. Add the fruits
  7. It's ready to go!
