Pineapple Mango Chia Protein Pudding
Start your day with this perfectly balanced protein Chia pudding.
INGREDIENTS- 1 scoop of protein XPN Whey-X- Pineapple Mango
- 300ml of water
- 1/2 cup of Chia seeds
- 1 cup Pineapple and Mangoes (frozen or fresh)
- Put the protein, water in a shaker and shake well.
- Stir the Chia into the shaker.
- Mix well, shaking vigorously to prevent the chia seeds from being are clumping together at the bottom of the pot.
- Let stand for 40 minutes (or overnight), shaking occasionally while stirring.
- Once the chia pudding is ready, divide it into a Mason bowl or jar.
- Add the fruits
- It's ready to go!
