Easter Chocolate protein brownies

It's easy to make and can be customized with Easter decorations to add a festive touch to your Easter table. Here's how to make it:
INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup of Osmo Pharma Whey Recharge (Pure Cocoa)
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 cup skim milk
- 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 1/4 cup granulated Swerve
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
STEPS
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C). Grease an 8-inch baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
- In a medium bowl, combine whey protein, flour, cocoa powder, salt and baking soda.
- In another medium bowl, combine milk, applesauce, granulated Swerve, eggs and vanilla extract.
- Pour the liquid mixture into the whey protein mixture and stir until well combined. Add the dark chocolate chips and stir again.
- Pour the mixture into the baking dish and smooth the top with a spatula.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the edges are slightly crisp and the center is cooked.
- Let cool for a few minutes before cutting into squares and serving.
- You can decorate the brownies with chocolate Easter eggs or Easter decorations to make them even more festive!
