Easter Chocolate protein brownies

A delicious and healthy way to satisfy your chocolate craving this Easter!  Rich in protein and fiber, it contains very little sugar, making it a healthier alternative to traditional brownies.

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C). Grease an 8-inch baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine whey protein, flour, cocoa powder, salt and baking soda.
  3. In another medium bowl, combine milk, applesauce, granulated Swerve, eggs and vanilla extract.
  4. Pour the liquid mixture into the whey protein mixture and stir until well combined. Add the dark chocolate chips and stir again.
  5. Pour the mixture into the baking dish and smooth the top with a spatula.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the edges are slightly crisp and the center is cooked.
  7. Let cool for a few minutes before cutting into squares and serving.
  8. You can decorate the brownies with chocolate Easter eggs or Easter decorations to make them even more festive!

Bon appétit and Happy Easter!
