Protein Easter eggs

The extra protein recipe to make for Easter!



  1. In a bowl, combine peanut butter, coconut oil, and Swerve;
  2. Then add the peanut butter protein and Walden Farms syrup and mix;
  3. On a baking sheet, put a wax paper. Form 15 to 18 eggs and put them on the on the baking sheet;
  4. Chill eggs in freezer for 10 minutes;
  5. Meanwhile, melt semi-sweet chocolate in a pan or in the microwave;
  6. Dip eggs in melted chocolate, then place each egg on the plate;
  7. Return eggs to freezer for 15 minutes;
  8. Serve and enjoy!

Eggs can be stored in the refrigerator or freezer
